🚀 RPA Bots vs. AI Agents 🤖

What’s the Difference? 🧠

Think of your business process like a warehouse.

RPA Bots vs. AI Agents

🔹 RPA bots are like conveyor belts—great for repetitive, well-structured tasks. They move items (data) from point A to point B with speed and accuracy. But change the layout (application user interface) or add a new process step? You’ll need to stop and reprogram the whole bot.

🔹 AI agents, on the other hand, are like automated guided vehicles (AGVs). They navigate dynamically, avoid obstacles, and adapt to new routes—all without needing constant reconfiguration. They can reason, learn from experience, and make decisions autonomously.

💡 So while RPA is perfect for rule-based workflows, AI agents shine in complex, dynamic environments where flexibility and intelligence are key.
