S$100,000

Annual Grant Cap

The overall annual EDGE cap is S$100,000 per company across eligible activities. A separate S$30,000 annual sub-cap applies only to selected single-function digital solutions, integrated enterprise systems and pre-scoped equipment—not to every Large-scale Digital Transformation project.

Large-scale Digital Transformation

What Is Large-scale Digital Transformation?

This activity is intended for projects that produce meaningful operational change. A qualifying proposal needs to explain its expected business impact, the core operations being transformed and how business systems or workflows will be integrated or standardised.

Measurable Business Impact

The project should demonstrate improvements in operational efficiency, business performance or growth.

Transformation of Core Operations

The solution should strengthen key business processes through technologies such as AI, RPA, workflow automation or enterprise systems.

System Integration

The project should involve integration or standardisation across business systems and workflows.

Automating an isolated task without broader business transformation is not supported under the Large-scale Digital Transformation activity.

Automating an isolated task without broader business transformation is not supported under this activity. AI, RPA and workflow automation are technologies, not automatic evidence of eligibility.

What EDGE Does Not Automatically Cover

EDGE does not make every AI tool, automation task or supplier engagement eligible. A stand-alone task automation without wider operational transformation does not meet the Large-scale Digital Transformation activity requirements.

Eligibility and support depend on the activity selected, applicant and project scope, approved costs and Enterprise Singapore's assessment. Vendor requirements also vary by activity, so confirm them before selecting a supplier.

How Agentic Workforce Can Help

We work with businesses to define practical use cases, architecture and integration requirements, commercial scope, delivery considerations and measurable KPIs for AI-enabled operations.

We can provide a commercial proposal and relevant technical project information. We are not an EDGE application agent: the applicant company is responsible for preparing and submitting its grant application.

Application considerations

Apply Before Starting Work or Making Payments

If you intend to seek EDGE support, the applicant company must submit the application before project work starts or any supplier payments or deposits are made. Projects are not eligible for retrospective support.

Work may begin after the application is submitted, but expenditure incurred before approval is at the applicant's own risk. Grant approval is not guaranteed. EDGE is generally reimbursed after approved project expenses are completed, fully paid and claims are successfully verified.

How much funding can Singapore businesses receive?
