🔹 69% of current agentic AI use cases are concentrated in BFSI, retail, and manufacturing. These sectors aren’t just automating—they’re reimagining core operations like fraud detection, customer engagement, and predictive maintenance.

🔹 52% of horizontal use cases are in IT. From DevOps to cybersecurity, AI agents are autonomously managing cloud environments, resolving incidents, and optimizing infrastructure.

🔹 Only 25% of deployments operate with full autonomy. Most (45%) still use the human-in-the-loop (HITL) model—crucial for governance and trust. 

🔹 Most implementations are still single-agent. But multi-agent orchestration is on the horizon, with emerging protocols like A2A and MCP. 

🔹 The top adoption challenge? Data. Fragmented and legacy systems remain the biggest blockers, even for enterprises working with service providers. 

🔹 The value goes beyond cost savings. Enterprises are looking to agentic AI for revenue growth, product reinvention, and agile business models.
